Honey

Our bee colonies keep a large portion of their own honey to get through the winter, just as they would in nature.

This means we do not feed them sugar syrup, which is common in traditional beekeeping.

As a result, we harvest significantly less honey than many conventional beekeepers, but it’s something we are proud of:

• Better hive health: Their own honey provides optimal nutrients throughout the winter.

• Stronger, more sustainable colonies: Natural winter feed produces robust bees and a stable start to spring.

• Premium quality in every jar: Smaller harvests mean each drop is produced with maximum care, entirely on the bees’ terms.
